You are NOT bidding by the acre. You are bidding to pay a lump sum dollar amount for the property.

If your bid is accepted, you are obligated to buy the Property, and you agree to pay the total purchase price, which includes your bid, the 10% buyers premium, and half of the standard fees charged by the title company to close the transaction. If Buyer elects to remove property from CAUV (if applicable), Buyer shall pay all tax recoupments. If property no longer qualifies for CAUV due to property split, Seller shall be responsible to pay any tax recoupments. This shall survive the closing.
